What started as a rowdy concert comment and a sharp social media clapback has ended with a handshake and a smile. Country artists Gavin Adcock and Braxton Keith have officially squashed their brief beef, and fans are loving the reconciliation.
The tension kicked off earlier this month when Braxton Keith, during a performance in Gilmer, Texas, stopped mid-set to address fans throwing beer cans at the stage. In a now-viral moment, Keith shouted:
“This ain’t a goddamn Gavin Adcock concert. Don’t be throwing f—ing beers out here.”
The jab referenced Gavin Adcock’s reputation for wild, high-energy crowds, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Adcock quickly responded on Instagram with a now-deleted comment:
“Needs to learn how to handle HIS fans without bringing anybody else into it. Welcome to the big leagues kid.”
The back-and-forth had fans buzzing, with many assuming a full-on feud was brewing between the two rising stars of country’s new outlaw wave.
But just as quickly as it escalated, the beef came to an end.
On April 16, 2025, Gavin Adcock posted a photo on Instagram showing him and Braxton Keith together—smiling, relaxed, and clearly on good terms. The caption? A simple nod to his earlier comment:
“Welcome to the big leagues.”
To top it off, a video posted to TikTok (@gavinadcockmusic) shows the two sharing a laugh and even toasting together, with fans cheering in the comments for the unexpected but welcome reconciliation
