Treaty Oak Revival Bassist Announces Departure After Five Years

In an emotional announcement that has resonated deeply with fans, the bassist for Treaty Oak Revival has officially shared that he will be stepping away from the band after five incredible years together. Known for their signature Texas country-rock sound, the group has built a loyal following across the Lone Star State and beyond.

“It’s with a heavy heart that I share this news,” the bassist wrote in his statement. “After five incredible years of playing and sharing unforgettable moments with you, I must step away from Treaty Oak Revival. Touring and rocking a little too hard has done a number on my back, body, and mind.”

Citing the physical demands of life on the road, he explained that the decision comes with the hope of focusing on his health, family, and long-term well-being. “The road has taken its toll and I would really like to be able to continue playing music and being the best dad and husband that I can be for as long as I possibly can,” he explained.

Fans of Treaty Oak Revival can take comfort in knowing his contributions to the band aren’t over just yet. He confirmed his involvement in their upcoming record: “I will still be on the upcoming TOR record but I need to take some time off to heal. Hopefully then I will be able to do more new and exciting musical work like recording, writing, and engineering songs, and also meet more amazing people.”

Throughout his message, the bassist expressed heartfelt gratitude to the band’s supporters. “You’ve been more than just fans; you’ve been a family to me,” he shared, adding that the memories they’ve created together will always hold a special place in his heart.

He also acknowledged the band’s impact on his life and the lives of his family, saying, “Our fans and the people on the TOR team mean everything to me and my family. Treaty Oak Revival will always be the best band in the world!”

As the group prepares for the next chapter, both the band and their fans have shown overwhelming support for his decision, wishing him healing and success in his future musical endeavors. Though stepping away from the stage, his mark on Treaty Oak Revival’s legacy—and their upcoming music—remains firmly in place.
