Fans of Texas-based Southern rock outfit Treaty Oak Revival have something big to look forward to: a brand new record is officially on the way in 2025. The band took to X (formerly Twitter) earlier today to put all speculation to rest, dropping an all-caps post that couldn’t be clearer.
“Just so y’all know…WE ARE PUTTING OUT A NEW FUCKIN RECORD THIS YEAR! THIS YEAR DAMMIT!” the band wrote, pairing their announcement with a classic Forrest Gump GIF declaring, “That’s all I have to say about that.”
The blunt message matches the band’s raw, no-nonsense style, which has earned them a dedicated following across the Texas and Red Dirt scenes. Treaty Oak Revival has been riding a wave of momentum since their 2023 album Have a Nice Day continued to build on the gritty, heartfelt sound they first delivered with No Vacancy back in 2021.
No official title or release date has been revealed yet, but the band’s fans are already buzzing online, speculating about what the new record might sound like — and hoping for an expanded tour to match.
One thing’s for sure: Treaty Oak Revival’s commitment to keeping their music authentic and loud hasn’t changed. And judging by their unfiltered announcement, they’re just as excited as their fans to get this new chapter rolling.
Stay tuned — and get ready to crank it up loud.
